On 20 February, the Western Province Sports Council had their annual Sports Awards evening. I was nominated in the category of 2008 Female Sportswoman of the Year. Unfortunately I couldn’t attend the function as I was racing the Drak Challenge in KZN.
I won my category so I am happy to announce that I am WP’s 2008 Sportswoman of the year.
